Daytime Postpartum Care
As a postpartum doula I will provide evidenced-based information and support on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, parent-baby bonding, infant soothing, basic newborn care, and so much more.
Some parents need sleep, some need feeding help, some need laundry or dishes done, and some simply need to talk. I am here for it all and when something is a bit out of my scope of knowledge and practice, I have the appropriate resources to guide you in the right direction.
Baby Basics Package

20 hours in-home postpartum care
Text support for 7 days after contract ends

40 hours in-home postpartum care

a la carte: $40/hr daytime shifts are typically 4 hours
